Delivery Information

In stock orders ship within 2-3 days. Out of stock orders may take up to 3 weeks.

Most orders are shipped within three business days (Monday - Friday) of receipt, based on availability of merchandise.  A customer service representative will contact you should there be a delay in shipment. Each design is shipped in a gift box with artist card.  Jewelry designs are packaged in a tarnish preventive pouch with care instructions. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Shipping prices are within the continental United States only. We are unable to accept or ship international orders.

All jewelry purchases are shipped via a premium ground service, no signature required and insured, unless otherwise specified by customer. Our carrier may require shipments over $1,000 to be signed for regardless of your shipping selection. Packages are picked up and delivered on business days only (Monday - Friday, not including holidays). Some addresses are not eligible for Saturday delivery. If we are unable to complete a requested Saturday delivery, a customer service representative will contact you to make other arrangements. Orders placed on the website after 2pm will be processed the following business day.

Jewelry Care

Each Niki Fisk piece is intricately hand sawn from sterling silver. Oxidation will occur naturally over time to add depth and shadow to your work of art. To keep the brushed silver look of the jewelry, simply brush it back and forth with a steel bristle brush, in one direction.  Sterling silver cleaners are not recommended.

Lariat Necklace Demonstration

While a majority of Niki's work has a simple hook and jump ring closure, high fashion lariats sometimes see so easy to maneuver but can stump the best of Niki's collectors. In case your lariat becomes one long strand you can't figure out how to make it "work" again, here is a small video to help...enjoy!
